We had the most comfortable and excellent experience we have ever had at an Optometrist office. Dr. Walker was professional, fast and caring. Luis at the desk was such a kind gentleman. I think we have found our favorite place to get our annuals. These two men were a breath of fresh air in this busy and difficult time. My mother and I will be recommending this office locally,wish it could be 10 stars!

This is unfortunately the worst LensCrafters shop I have ever had the misfortune of trying to get service from. This my third time visiting and it will be my last. I tried so many times because I am a big fan of LensCrafters; other places I received outstanding customer service. After being blown off for an appointment with the Santa Fe store, I flew back to Minnesota to get two pairs of prescription glasses and contacts at the Eden Prairie, MN.
