Wanted me to pay 1000 for glasses with insurance. When frames were paid by my insurance and I was like I can got to eye express and pay 400 for two without insurance. No thank you.

Very disappointed in our service today....it has been over a week since we ordered glasses so I called today to check the status & I was told My son's glasses were in. When we went to pick them up they were not the frames we had ordered. It APPEARS they were trying to give us the frames from the display so they broke when they were putting in the lenses.
