I stopped by the mall today and passed by LensCrafters, so I figured I’d get the screws on my sunglasses tightened, something that usually takes just a few minutes. I’ve been going to the Monrovia location for over 15 years, and they’ve always handled this quickly and professionally. But here, I was told I had to wait 1 to 2 hours for a simple adjustment. My mom came for an eye exam, let me say she speaks English fluently, and was almost scammed into paying 640 dollars for a retinal scan. The doctor tried to trick her into agreeing but she called me into the room and she changed it to 64 dollars. My mom speaks perfectly fine and swears she kept telling her 640 until I came over. Good thing we are just ordering our glasses on Zenni. Avoid this place in case they try to profile you and take advantage.
