Quick, efficient service
Daeleen was AWESOME! Long story short, my dog chewed up my glasses. Daeleen was friendly and helpful and provided a sameday solution. I was in and out in 20min with new glasses and problem fixed! She even set me up with an extended warranty so if my dog decides to do it again I'm covered!!!! Thank you Daeleen!!!!

I had an excellent experience at this location. Everybody was very accommodating and helpful. The store has a very welcoming vibe and my vision care needs were met all around in such a professional manner. Tiffany assisted me with selecting my frames, she was so patient with me as it took a while for me to make a selection. She also went over all the options and pricing with me in a very transparent fashion. I feel like business was done honestly and fairly.
Absolutely impressed with the exceptional service I received from Tiffany and Jaz at the Arcadia store. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, and were able to repair my Tom Ford glasses within 5 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional. I look forward to coming back for my next eye exam. Highly recommend.
