Employees committing insurance fraud.
A few days ago my husband took his glasses in to be repaired. Yes, they are over two years of age but unfortunately cannot afford new glasses as of this moment. LensCrafters would not put the lenses back in the fish line frames for him because they are older even though Frames and lenses are in great shape. Just put lenses back in, should be easy. RecommendedNever felt more comfortable and made to feel as if I were more than just another patient. Appointment was on time and was in and out in 35 minutes. 5 stars.
I called a few days ago to make an appointment. The first thing I did was ask if they took my insurance and the woman I spoke to said YES so I made an appointment for this morning. I get there and get told they don't take my insurance. What the heck is that crap??? Whoever I spoke to lied to me and wasted my time this morning and in my opinion she should be fired.
