I walked into LensCrafters this afternoon for a quick adjustment on my sunglasses and was met by a young woman who was very polite & attentive. I was then met by the store manager, Nicholas. He was absolutely respectful, helpful & knew exactly how to resolve my issue & I was on my way within minutes. This was my first time at LensCrafters & I highly recommend Nicholas & his professional team for all your optometry needs!
