Buying glasses from Josette was a great experience! Both the product quality and customer service were excellent. The glasses were exactly what I wanted, stylish and very comfortable. Months ago, I saw Dr. Rotondi for my annual optometry exam, and he was very thorough and took all of my questions with patience and kindness. The eye doctor is within LensCrafters store but independent. He also pointed me to the NY Eye Hospital for further screening for glaucoma risk. Today, I came to get my mom's glasses repaired after she fell and broke her nose pads off. I went to several places before this.
