I had a bad experience in LensCrafters in Stamford on Oct 8,2025. I walked into the store, no one greeted me but waiting until I was leaving to ask if I needed help. Which was weird because there wasn’t a lot of customers in the store. So I made a complaint online and was told to come in to get a 50 credit by the store manager Sofia on any glasses.
