Calvin was extremely helpful in fixing my glasses. The screw came out of the frame leaving my lens to fall out, Calvin very calmly and politely helped find a way to screw my frame back together! He did this all in about 10 minutes! Great person with excellent service
Professional service and friendly staff!
Sophia was super helpful and professional. She gave me great advice. She deserves a raise!! (Not that I know, I just feel like she was great). A few days after I got my glasses they broke from a very low drop (maybe 2-3 feet). I was upset since I finally found a pair I like then they turned out to be brittle. I came back to the store and Mike helped me to pick out a pair which we believe is more durable but still nice looking. He did not charge me extra.
