Horrible service!!! I picked up my 6 year old daughters glasses today and had them fit to her fit. All great until the glasses wouldn’t fit in the case. I ask for another one and it wasn’t any better. The end of the ear pieces were hanging out of the case!!! She could seem to find one case in the entire store that would fit my daughters glasses.

Absolutely horrible service. The blonde woman at the front desk wouldn't even check my benefits with my provider before telling me that I didn't have any, despite the fact I told her that I recently changed employers and just got off the phone with the benefits provider who assured me that I had benefits for the year. She was lazy to call and had the worst attitude because I requested that she call to check my benefit eligibility for sure. I was right, I did have benefits.
