The staff is very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and I got my new Glasses in less than an hour!
LensCrafters ripped me off. They charged bank card twice. They Never ordered any glasses. Now the can’t help me get my money back. Do not use your cards at their stores. The managers promise to help, all they do is hide and don’t follow through with their promises. I am fighting this process to get my money back. Be aware, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!
