LensCrafters are refusing to help the medical field. They are open for emergencies only and this is my current situation with them. I am a respiratory therapist who is having trouble seeing her ventilators that are in isolation rooms with critical COVID-19 patients. I explained to them that I needed distance glasses in order to properly care for my ventilator patients so I can see them clearly. This is considered an emergency to me.
