Purchased glasses here. Took them back several times complaining not being able to get lens clean. was told is was because i didn't use their cleaning products. I am 60 yrs old & have had several pairs of glasses & not had problems before. This is like something smeared on both lens that will not clean off. First time customer at Lenscrafters. Will never use them again. They don't stand behind product. I can hardly see through the lens now. Lencrafters tell me tough, not their problem. Telling everyone I know not to go there... read more
Came in and was told it would be about a 20-25 minute wait until they could get to us. It's now been an hour and a half and still waiting.
