I am impressed with this place, they have a staff member cleaning every room once the patient leaves and he is also disinfecting the waiting room chairs, got to love especially when we have the flu going around!!! Karen at check in is very delightful and professional. My doctors office doesn’t do this.
This was my first visit to a Lenscrafters. Much better than other Eyeglasses stores I have tried. I used to have my own businesses so I know what good customer service should be. From what I observed today (11/11), all of your employees care about good service. Chris, your Technician and especially Dr. Alexander took time to explain details when asked. An excellent experience.
