I arrived at 4 to choose glasses & chose Lens Crafters because I needed to walk out with glasses that evening. But I was told the lab was closed even though the lab was open and an employee was still working & the store itself didn’t close until 9 Pm. My 2nd complaint is the very small itty bitty section of women’s glasses they have. Almost the entire store is devoted to men’s glasses.
