Amazing customer service Alex fixed my sunglasses before my trip to London I was in a rush and didn’t charge me.
Alex delivered a stellar customer experience. He explained risks associated with repairing my favorite pair of sunglasses. I took a leap of faith and within minutes Alex had restored my sunglasses like new. Alex was extremely personable, knowledgeable and highly skilled Thank you Alex!
Dr radzwill is rude and nasty
Not the same service at the front desk at all !!!!! I am absolutely outraged by the appalling service I received from the Lens Crafters customer service representative Cynthia at the LensCrafters location on East Sunrise in Fort Lauderdale, specifically under the Dr. Radzwill Optometry banner. After nearly 20 years of loyal patronage to LensCrafters, I have never faced the horror of a fraudulent claim being filed on my behalf by a company I trusted.
