Rate 1 Star Today, we had a 3 PM appointment at Lenscraftersin Puyallup, WA. My husband needs to be seen. He is a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I told the woman on the phone we had VSP. She took my info down and the last 4 digits of my social and said she was taking care of the rest. I’ve been coming here for years and have always received excellent customer service at this location. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. My glasses almost always come in faster than the timeframe they give me. Happy customer.
My husband had a bad experience..He got glasses paid about 900.00 for them well they made him dizzy and nauseous so he would try wearing them on and off for a couple weeks but he just could not without getting ill.so he went back got different ones .and paid more all together near a grand...they did the same ..made him sick and he was unable to wear them.
