Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of response in getting my wife and I her glasses
These folks are awesome, really good customer service skills. Showed a lot of patience while I tried on 50 pairs of glasses. Prescription ready in 2 hrs. New Versace frames awesome. The optomologist was fantastic also. After the totally negative experience I had at Sawgrass store, I will come to this store in future.
