If you need an eye doctor please don’t go to lenscrafters at Midway Mall. They have a new doctor and require you ya take a retina scan which most insurance don’t cover. What they conveniently forget to do is tell you this BEFORE you confirm the appointment. You fill out a questionnaire they send less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and require you to sign off on it. When I called to inquire I was told my insurance doesn’t cover it. Glasses are only a little over a year old and lenses are scratched for no reason. The lens quality is terrible. I pulled out my old glasses that were three years old and not one scratch. I didn’t get those at LensCrafters. Sorry I got my last pair there, never again!
