Provide actual customer service and lenses made correctly
I went to LensCrafters last Friday morning. I waited 20 minuets with no help. The associates didn’t even acknowledge me even when I went to the desk. I ended up leaving out of frustration Went to Eyemart and was immediately acknowledged when I walked in, and bought my glasses there.
