I had my annual eye exam yesterday, and it was a seamless and pleasant experience from start to finish. The new store looks fantastic, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My eye exam was quick, thorough, and everything was explained clearly, including my prescription and any questions I had. Buying eyeglasses can be overwhelming with so many options, but the staff was very attentive and helped me choose frames that were a great fit. My second time using Lens Crafters. I will never go anywhere else. The guy that assisted me both times ( Rich ) is amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and never lets me leave the store until 100% sure im satisfied. Great experience..Highly recommend going to see Rich for all your Eyewear needs..
I needed a nose pad replaced on my glasses. Drove for over an hour to 4 different places near me that couldnt help me. Came to Lens crafters and spoke with a gentleman name Donovan who took my glasses to the back and fixed in less than 5 minutes. That's not the it. He didn't even charge me. Wow you guys made my day and now I'm "seeing" my life a lot "clearer" . Thanks guys!! You rock!!
Donovan was great. Super knowledgeable and eager to help. Would recommend to anyone who is also looking to get a new pair or prescription. Transparent and helpful.
