The Waterford LensCrafters have the best salespersons. They are all so helpful and competent. I walked in without an appointment to show an issue with my frames and Richard was professional, kind and in 5 minutes I left with new frames for a minimal amount. I was impressed with all the first employees there… I would highly recommend LensCrafters.
Very polite and professional treatment. The store personnel were both willing and helpful in analyzing and repairing my sun glasses.
