First time using LensCrafters to craft lenses for sunglass frames I own. I haven't gotten my lenses yet but in terms of customer service so far, I'll be coming back if I need these services again. I will update once I get my sunglasses back.
I’ve been going to LensCrafters since they were located in Crystal Mall, and I’ve always had a great experience with them. My recent visit was no exception! I had a great experience with my eye exam and with selecting my new glasses. The eye exam was very thorough, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. I had my annual eye exam at LensCrafters yesterday, and the entire experience was seamless and pleasant from start to finish. The new store looks fantastic, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My eye exam was quick and thorough, and everything was explained clearly, including my prescription and any questions I had.
