I'm posting for my husband Jack who had an excellent experience from walking in to exiting - great service, friendly employees, attentive to getting the job done, and received a great product.
LensCrafters in the Crystal Mall went above and beyond with my repair. Donovan took the time to assess what happened, fixed some other issues too and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. They were also very accommodating to me having my hands full with my 3 year old daughter! Great to hear they will still be in the area after the mall closes, highly recommend!
Erika was patient and kind. And my glasses were available for pick up within a week! Looking forward to adjusting to my new pair, and getting countless compliments!!
