New London, CT LensCrafters is in their new location next to the most excellent Panda Buffet. (Now isn't that convenient. ) Staff knows their software and all the processes like the seasoned professionals they have always demonstrated. I've used them for about 20 years and the quality has never wavered or lessened.

Despite being located in the Crystal Mall as it prepares to close, LensCrafters continues to provide outstanding service. Their selection of glasses is impressive, accommodating a variety of budgets without compromising on quality. The staff are extremely professional and do not pressure customers to make a purchase. I have been informed that the store will be moving to New London once the mall closes, and I intend to continue visiting them at their new location.
