The wife and I got our glasses here. My wife has a stigmatism so her lenses are extra thick and she found a pair she really liked. However half way through the process we were informed that the software wasn’t letting the sale go through or something like that. So the rep spoke to her manager who informed us that specific pair cannot be used because of the thickness of her lenses. Manager was suppose to contact me but has been completed unresponsive. I have astigmatism so my lenses are thicker than the normal. I was advised to buy a pair of frames but within two months they are cracking all along the frames. When I tried to inquire for some help as to what can be done about this deficiency that came from the manufacturer they refused to acknowledge it, and please blame on me even though the frames are less than two months old.
