Great place to purchase new glasses! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Theres no way to give this place less stars. Honestly, this store has by far the worst customer service and management I have ever experienced in my life. We bought whole years worth of contacts and for some reason they did not put the order through. We waited for about 2 months before we were told they never out the order in and contacts are not coming in. This has happened to us twice now. Same excuse. Im sure staff are good people but management is just terrible here. They really should have new managers. This is insane. ... read more
First time Customer everyone was friendly , was a bit nervous because I haven’t had an eye exam in over 10 years and because my prescription is so strong wasn’t sure that they would really be able to help me much with ordering contacts I was very wrong I got an eye exam prescription for my glasses and contacts. Laura and her team at the LensCrafters in Nashua on DW Highway are the absolute best! She went above and beyond to fix my son’s mangled Ray-Ban’s to practically new condition. She certainly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this LensCrafters.
