My glasses needed ear sleeves. The associate went above and beyond to ensure my glasses had the correct set. She was not only friendly but professional. It’s why I choose Lens Crafters
Half of the staffs were rude, no service mind, unprofessional and double standard. Not one time experience but I “HAD TO” go in 3 times, so this is a series of events.

I brought in a pair of sunglasses that were missing a hinge screw to Lens Crafters. Another place had told me they’d need to order a screw etc. Lens Crafters fixed it in five minutes- no charge. Great people to deal with.
