My husband bought glasses 2/24. He swiped a debit card to pay. They said it didn't go through and to swipe it again. Well guess what.. it had gone through. TWICE. Money out of our account twice. Been getting the run around ever since.Two weeks later no refund. Why can every other store credit your debit card but they can't.They are blaming it on our bank. Bank said it has NOT been credited. Plus the store said it has to go through corporate... The store can't do it. We're at a loss what to do next. Will never use them again!... read more
