Had an eye appointment scheduled for Wednesday the 20th of January. Set it up online, and was sent two confirmation emails and a confirmation text message on separate days leading up to the appointment. Arrived at the store only to find out that they were closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I tried calling and there was no response. It would have been nice if they had mentioned on their website that they were closed these days, or had given me a call beforehand to let me reschedule. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not go here! We spent 1k on two pairs of glasses a week before this Covid stuff. It took 7 weeks to get one pair of glasses! We didn’t like another pair and wanted to exchange them and was told that when they stoped only doing emergency appointments we could exchange them. So we called and now they backed out of their word and will not honor it! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY trust me- go somewhere else! -Manchester NH

I waited over 20 minutes to even be greeted at the doctors office. Paid $170 for contact lense fitting and was given 1 pair of trial lenses. The service was horrible. I came back after I decided to order the contacts, but since I didn’t order from them (their prices are ridiculous compared to online) they refused to give me another sample until my lenses came in the mail. Everything went great till I was told they open at 11am on Sunday and here I am wasting my day. Assistant and website say 11am. But here on FB says 12. Not everyone gets Sunday off. Glad I wasted my morning. Not happy
