Have been waiting almost 3 weeks for new lens for my glasses and all I can get from LensCrafters is "have no clue when they will ship, maybe anytime now". In my book, unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience with LensCrafters. FYI, ordered new full glasses from online service and got them in 10 days. Go figure.
I have mixed feelings. I was happy with initial fitting but was told glasses would take 5 to 7 days. 7 days later I called for status and was told 7 to 10 days. After 11 days, called but had to leave message to call me with status. 2-1/2 hours later I called ago and was told lenses had just arrived and glasses would be later that day. Am happy with glasses but not with service.
