I was there for a eye exam and purchased new glasses on August 31. Doctor Annette Wilde was great and Mozel, the sales associate , was very helpful and kind. Beautifully arranged store.
The staff at LensCrafters did an amazing job from start to finish. Our insurance was well explained, the exam was very thorough. Ben did a stellar job helping me pick out super cute frames for both my glasses and rx sunglasses. Thank you!!

I went for my exam and waited alone in an office for 45 minutes. I had to leave the room and ask one of the girls at the front where my doctor was. They told me they’re doctor was new so i let it go and have her the benefit of the doubt. I went to get my glasses the following week and I waited forever. Sat at a table by myself with no word from anyone. Wasn’t even greeted at the door. Customer service there is awful
Friendly and helpful, walked out with our glasses in an hour!!
