Very very bad. The new girl in front was my first encounter with a poster child millenial. Didn't even say one time that is be spending 800.00 for a pair of blurry prescription glasses. And when I said hell no she..... Get this.... Went off like some derranged lunatic. If I hadn't witnessed it with my own eyes if never have believed someone that crazy would be ALLOWED to work there.... Everyone was super friendly and kept me up to date on what to expect in payments and made the overall experience very enjoyable! My new frames were ready in a half hour and I was in and out and on my way in less than an hour after my exam. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters to my friends.:)
I am so excited to have a new pair of glasses, made the same day with the prism on the lens so I don't have double vision. The guy working the lens shop was amazingly helpful!!! I got a text when they were done too!!!
What a bunch of smug dumb asses. The people here are so incompetent. They first made my glasses wrong by not taking into account that people's distance between their eyes are different ( which makes your peripheral vision blurry) - and have the NERVE to tell me the glasses are perfectly fine. Only after a Half Hour of arguing with three different people who work there about how my old glasses are still seeing much better- did one of the lab coat guys FINALLY realize that nobody took this into account when l purchased them. -... read more
