This place runs a classic bait and switch. All of their advertising says that an eye exam is $60, but an hour before your appointment a woman calls to say that the eye exam will be $100. Then they get angry and say that no where does it say that it’s $60 even though that is easily proven. What they are doing is actually a misdemeanor in Florida and the store should be closed down.

Wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Walked in and was treated like I didn't have the money to even walk in there let alone buy anything. I wouldn't dare base judgement on anyone based off their clothes they wore walking in the door, but that's what happened to me. But that's there downfall I'm a Dental Assistant but that shouldn't matter. Unfortunately to Lenscrafters you must look like you have money order to be treated properly and respected.
