Ordered a pair of prescription glasses. Waited 2 weeks and then called for an update. Was told they’ll be in tomorrow. 2 days later I called again and was told they were shipped to the wrong store. A week later without any follow up (that’s bad customer service no matter how you spin it) I call in again and I’m told they have no idea where my glasses are and they’re reordering a new pair and I must wait 2 more weeks. Clearly there is no quality control at this store to deal with mistakes.
