This was a terrible experience, from the rudeness I experienced when first greeted at the desk to having to go back twice for RX checks and still not having the right prescription. Being told that “we need to move this along” while trying to discuss my vision with the incorrect contacts and after being patient even while going back twice. I do not recommend it, especially not for families.
We honestly love LensCrafters, which is why I scheduled my daughters first eye exam here. What I didn’t like was how I booked the appointment online, was contacted by the office to confirm the appointment, was also asked my information since she is a minor, even told them her age and everything..just to be mislead and informed 10 minutes before her appointment that she has to be 8 years old for the doctor to see her. Very pleased with the customer service!! When this store didn't have the lenses that I wanted, the technician drove to the other store to get them and my glasses were still ready within an hour!!
I'll be visiting again for eye exam! – I'm new in town and needed to get lenses from old glasses w a broken frame put in new frames. I was going to go to eyeglass world bc it was closer but read how racist they are and rude. This lens crafters was nice and the sec i walked in the General Manager(don't remember name) stood up from his desk, walked to the door, greeted me, and assisted me in a kind and timely fashion. I am all about respect and customer service where it should be. PROFESSIONAL and KIND at THIS LENSCRAFTERS.
