RecommendedI was very impressed by this location. They were extremely busy but remained professional and very helpful. I was able to get my glasses the same day after breaking the ones I currently had. I would definitely recommend this location.
Lens crafters on 98 north are by far the WORST customer service I've ever had besides the eye doctor himself. We were told to be there at 10 and the guy helping us with our glasses would be there, he wasn't. Then we sat for 25 minutes with out being talked to till WE said something. We went in there with every intent to spend $800 on glasses! We then asked for our prescription so we could go somewhere else. Now they won't give us our p.d vision in order to get our glasses elsewhere. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I will... read more
