Horrible customer service. Refuses to answer calls or return call. Refused to allow my husband to pay for lens replacement. We were on hold for over 2 hours :( then hung up on. Do Not utilize this company. Customer service is no help.
Before you make an appointment, please review BBB of Indiana & check BBB out of Ohio due to its where the corporate offices are located. I’ve filed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney Generals Office in Indianapolis. Www. IN.gov. I also filed a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce.
Fire the ignorant office manager who is rude and disrespectful.
Piss poor and unbelievable... had a 6:30pm appointment... it is now after 7... still waiting... said they had to find an interpreter for the previous patient.. maybe they should tell the damn illegal to learn English if they are going to live here. Avoid Lenscrafter ... they are part of the problem.
