Went in on the weekend to make appointments for family(4) they scheduled appointments and to learn when we got there about the state mandated test that was an additional 28 so for an eye exam it was going to be over 150 for the whole family you should have disclosed this prior to wasting my time and missing out on being seen elsewhere when we are on a time constraint moving! I started using Lenscrafters in 2010. I've worn glasses since I was 9 years old. Lenscrafters is THE best! I've never had such clear vision in my life. You get what you pay for........All employees are very polite, professional & helpful. I would highly recommend Lenscrafters.
#LensCrafters inside of the #CherryValeMall in Rockford, IL has the most racist employees I have ever encountered. Black People please spend your money elsewhere. I was watched he entire time I was in the store. I finally chose the glasses I wantedI just got asked to leave the store for trying to use my Federal Benefits to purchase glasses for me and my son. Scam alert. Make sure you ask before you get your eye exam. If you don't, they will make sure you get you each and every available test and charge you for it even if you don't need it.
