RecommendedToday my husband and I both had our eye exam. We did not have the best experience with the Cherry Valley location and were apprehensive to go to another location. I am happy to report that we are extremely satisfied with their services. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. We appreciated their help to find us both a pair of glasses that were comfortable and fitting to our style. I definitely would recommend this location! Shout out to Madie for her patience with me and my indecisiveness!
If this is your only option in the Rockford area, drive somewhere else. Had some issues last year but tried again because of good location. Left after exam without getting glasses. At least its mostly a machine now that figures oit yhe prescriptions. Will now have to go somewhere else with more competent people to finish the process. We have used this facility for a fee years now and it continues to decline in service and employees who understand how to do their job.
Do not go to this store. The manager has zero customer service. I’ve called the regional gm twice with no response!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
