U came in to get my glasses repaired. Ones I got from lenscrafters. I was told repairs are NOT a priority. That new glasses were. I need my glasses to see. To me it is a priority.
Don’t go here unless you have an eternity of time to waste! Even if you’re just going in to pick up glasses you ordered, something that could and should be just a quick in and out, they stretch it out for 20-30 minutes of you just standing around till somebody FINALLY helps you. Then it only takes 2-3 minutes for you to get them and walk out....this proving my point, TIME WASTERS.
Poor customer service!! I will wait and go back to my regular eye care professionals. #fastfoodofeyewear
Love the service I received last Thursday when purchasing a pair of Burberry eyeglasses at the Friendly Center Store. However, my receipt was to be emailed to me and I still have not received it as of yet. The gentleman that assisted me was great.
