My family had our annual eye exam appointment scheduled for a year (made at our last appointment). We drove 45 minutes this morning for our appointment only to be told that we never confirmed our appointment and would not be seen and would need to reschedule. We never received any reminders, phone calls, texts, or any other communication to confirm. We have never had to do this in the past. RecommendedI have astigmatism in my left eye. The doctor tried 4 different contact lenses to make sure we got that perfect fit on that eye. No other place I had been to in the past had done that.

Good selection – The Lenscrafters at briarwood as pretty good selection. They carry all the latest designer lines and their prices are reasonable for designer glasses. The salespeople are genuinely nice and very helpful. I was happy with the way that my glasses came out. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with this lenscrafters.
