Brought my frames in to have special glass lenses put in on September 26, 2020. I've tried to arrange to pick them up three times in the last 2 weeks and have been given excuse after excuse. Today October 28th when I called again I was told that I picked them up already! I most certainly DID NOT !! In trying to explain to the girl that she was mistaken she hung up on me! I've tried to call her back several times today and the phone is hung up without answering my calls. I've already paid $302.67 for my new lenses ... read more
