@LensCrafters Your Lansing, Michigan location is awful!! I got a call to pick up my glasses. I arrive approximately 15 minutes later to be told they won’t be released til the next day when a technician is available to verify that the prescription is accurate. Wtf?! Ridiculous! No point is spending your money here. You’ll never get your product. Thought after the issues I had here 5yrs ago that they would’ve got their shit together! Nope. Not only are they good at pushing incorrect prescriptions but they won’t stand by they... read more
