DON’T GET GOUGED! Took a pair of glasses they had put lenses in two years earlier and asked them to replace with the same. They checked the record, asked to confirm everything, charged my card and i left. A day later they called and said i need to pay $57 more since they made a mistake in type of lens. I then received the response below, went back to the store only to be given my glasses back by the assistant manger of the store and nothing else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Athena was very good at their job. I was impressed with their skills on all levels. Especially the way they knew what frames to style my face with as they picked up many selections so quickly and made my decision easier. Picking out frames can be challenging and stressful, and they eliminated all of that for me.
The Lenscrafter at Fashion Island has amazing customer service. They are knowldege, kind and gracious.
