RecommendedWe had an eye appointment yesterday at another local optometrist (eyeglasses world). They cancelled us 30 min after waiting to be seen. I am so thankful to LensCrafters for squeezing us in this morning. My sons glasses had broke and he definitely needed them. We will be picking up his new frames today! One star or less: Lenscrafters is an eyeglass selling machine. Unfortunately, if you’re looking for eye care, you should not go to Lenscrafters. Oh yes, they do have Optometrists available who do eye exams, but the real purpose of this business is to sell glasses. If you need specialized eye care from an ophthalmologist, they will refer you to one, but they take no responsibility for the results. I would not go here for any eye condition such as cataracts, I suppose they are fine for replacement eyeglasses, but keep in mind ... read more
