RecommendedI had a really good experience. I lost my glasses while swimming in the ocean and i had to find closest eye care that offered eye exams for that day. Dr. Rockman answered all my questions and ended up doing a contact lens exam and was given additional samples! Thank you for explaining everything!!
Excellent service every time.
I had gone to LensCrafters and got my yearly eye exam in October the contacts they gave me was not any good. Called them to let them know if I can get a different brand they told me no and I would need another I exam and to be seen by the doctor more money out of pocket. I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone
What a horrible experience I had this morning. My glasses I purchased 3 weeks ago have been nothing but uncomfortable, so I went in to get different frames. ((as I have to wear them 24/7)) The girl never got out of her chair once to help me. Once I finally found frames ((on my own!)) they were scratched & unable to be ordered. There was no suggestion of calling another store, or even GETTING up to help me find another frame. I ended up leaving in tears with just a "sorry you didn't find anything" from her desk!
