I went in to have my glasses adjusted and this was what followed: I told the young lady that my glasses needed adjusting and it wasn't the hinge. She took them away, worked on them, brought them back and said "That is about as tight as I can tighten the hinge." I said, "It is not the hinge, its this gap between the line and the frame." She took them away again, brought them back and said,"I can't tighten the hinge any more than I have." I told her its not the hinge and she just stared at me. I left.
