OMG avoid Lenscrafters at all costs! Two years ago we purchased expensive new prescription eyeglass frames for our son. Fast forward two years, lenses have popped out a few times, and this time, one came out and was lost. We went back to Lenscrafters, and following a new eye exam, heard from the saleswoman that the frames we were sold 2 years ago never properly fit his lenses.
