i went in lenscrafters in poughkeepsie ny for a minor repair on my eye glasses and the repair person named Eric, was very helpfull and kind enough to not charge me. i recommend very highly
Lens Crafters in the Poughkeepsie Galleria took over for SEARS they treat the Customers like crap & they treat the ex SEARS employees like dirt. The black women who runs the space is rude and was rushing the person helping me to hurry up and take her lunch before she even finished up with me. If it weren’t for my wonderful ex SEARS employee I would never go back to that place. Not to mention I left a message for an employee last Sunday and they never gave it to me. Their eye doctor that was there on Sunday March 24th was so unprofessional. I will never go back. I have never come across someone so rude.
