I paid for my $800 retail glasses on 3/7/2020 & it is 5/14/20.. Nothing lies saying you will mail them & Customer Service does nothing but sends you a link to a survey that says I already took it? numerous chats & emails.
I had a very good experience today. Katelyn Vilasi was wonderful. the gentleman who helped me with my frames (name I did not get) went above and beyond to help. When I went back to pick up my glasses the woman (name I did not get) was very friendly and upbeat with my 4 yr old and she loved it! Good experience with a wonderful staff 😊
Way over priced even with 40% off paid over $450 for one pair of glasses.

Review is for the eye exam follow-up and billing, not the retail store. Extremely poor customer service.
AMAZING! How can people still waste their time getting glasses from these people. After I told the only person who works there licensed to dispense glasses the vision in one eye was blurry, she advised me I would need a new rx for glasses because they "checked out." Right, my contacts are fine and the left eye is fine but I clearly need a new script. There was another women waiting forever to get help who had returned because her doc said the measurements they took were wrong. Yup, sure sounds like I want to spend more time ... read more
Waited forever!!! Told to come back in an hour, which we did. Then we waited an extra 75 minutes!!!! Are you kidding me?????
