My anti reflective coating is failing on my $500.00 plus glasses. They are just over 2 years old. Spider web bubbling happening everywhere. I have always had the anti reflective coating on my lenses and have never had this problem with lenses from other companies. Stopped in tonight and there is NOTHING they will do. I will never shop at LensCrafters again.
I've always been a customer but today I had awful customer service. I waited at least 45 minutes just to be seen. They skipped me to help someone they knew too. Once they finally helped me & finished my order, another 20 minutes. They tell me I can't get my sunglasses today. Corporate has chosen certain glasses/sunglasses to be fitted elsewhere. That I have to come back a week later to get my sunglasses. So much for their glasses done at least with in an hour service. They didn't even offer to clean my regular glasses after ... read more
