We purchased glasses for my daughter last year. They broke & we went in to figure out options. The Technician that helped us was so helpful. He gave us so much information on our vision insurance. We were able to make a decision on the best-case scenario for replacement glasses that were affordable. We didn't realize our insurance would honor a discount even though we are on an off year. He was a helpful. He had so many suggestions for us. So helpful thank you.

Had a wonderful experience with Tyler #530842 at store #974 -no pressure and helped with all the available options for our insurance! What a friendly and genuinely nice guy who had answers for all of our questions! Will do all future business with him! Went to the Valley location first and received "fast talking-salesperson- female"at the initial exam appt. who tried to add additional charges for "etc" after the appt. was already set up and discussed, and charges set. Don't like her trying to add extras! Eye appt. DR.was fine-BUT when looking at glasses we talked with young female who didn't offer to help with our insurance questions-left unhappy! SO GLAD WE DECIDED TO TRY THE NORTH LOCATION-THANKS TYLER!!!
