My stainless water bottle fell over on my glasses and popped out my lens. I was able to pop it back in, but I wasn't sure if it would stay because it had a very thin piece holding the lens in and most of it was hanging out. Since it was Sunday the only place I could find open was LensCrafters at Northtown. Two people had to work a long time to find the right piece to hold it all together. RecommendedWe purchased glasses for my daughter last year. They broke & we went in to figure out options. The Technician that helped us was so helpful. He gave us so much information on our vision insurance. We were able to make a decision on the best-case scenario for replacement glasses that were affordable. We didn't realize our insurance would honor a discount even though we are on an off year. He was a helpful. He had so many suggestions for us. So helpful thank you.

Had a wonderful experience with Tyler #530842 at store #974 -no pressure and helped with all the available options for our insurance! Lenscrafters tried to charge me $110 more for replacement glasses I purchase a few months earlier. I chose to go elsewhere rather than be price gauged.
