Ridiculous!!! Called to check if my sons lenses were in stock and the guy I talked to took my name and number to call me back. Waited over 2 hours with no call back so I called again. This time I talked to Heath who was soooooo extremely rude that I ended up having to hang up. It was like talking to an irritated teenager. I have no issues with the LensCrafters in noblesville or Castleton but I will NEVER give my business to someone that treats me like that over a 2 minute phone call. So unprofessional.

Don’t purchase the extended warranty. Wife purchased the extended warranty and glasses fell out of her pocket at car wash in Florida and were broken. Sarasota store said her 3 month old glasses were not covered! What good is it?
