More than 15 business days for glasses and no one can give any answers. Will definitely not be back!
Attentive receptionist however loud and unprofessional while I was waiting in the exam room. Openly swearing and speaking loudly about other professional workers at a secondary lens crafters location. Receptionists were using horrible profanity, and sharing information with customers. Exam room had computer screen up in my direct view with eleven patient names/ date of birth and insurance / medical doctor information displayed. Doug and Jen were so helpful. Had a pair of glasses made that I wasn’t happy with and he fixed them no problem.
