Dr. Shaver was absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and I finally feel like I found the right eye doctor. She was so kind and made me feel like more than just a patient. Lens Crafters was amazing as well. They were so very nice and friendly. I had so much fun picking out my glasses. They have over 3000 pairs of glasses and I think they would have let me try them all on. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. I found my people!!
Always such a great experience! They were so helpful with tightening and adjusting Brandon’s glasses and made sure everything fit perfectly. I also love coming in and seeing the same wonderful ladies—it’s always so nice catching up with them. Such friendly, personal service every time!
They get commission-based pay, so they pressure you into getting the most expensive items. If you dont, they get irritated quickly.
Emma was very thorough and knowledgeable.
