I use LensCrafters at The Paddock Shops in Louisville, KY for annual exams and glasses. I am currently in another state caring for my sister with advanced pancreatic cancer and I knocked my glasses off of a table and stepped on them in the dark. What a great experience, I’ll be back for my next pair of glasses. Everyone was incredibly helpful in both choosing my glasses frames and their knowledge on applying insurance and discounts to make the process as affordable as possible.
Everyone here was so helpful. They listened to all my questions, and spent as much time as needed answering them. Kendra was wonderful. She explained everything so I could understand. She fixed an older pair of glasses and then found me a perfect pair of new glasses. I would highly recommend Lens Crafters. Everyone is licensed which is not true at other national chains. At Lens Crafters they know their job and are good at it.
I went in here for an eye doc appointment to get a new prescription and then purchased a new pair of glasses afterwards. Extremely helpful and kind staff! They helped me find exactly what kind of frames I wanted and made sure I got the best deal!
