I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Marcy and her team were friendly, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Everything felt smooth and well-run from start to finish. You can tell they care about both their work and their customers. Highly recommend.
Wonderful customer service. I went in to have a screw replaced for a pair of glasses purchased elsewhere and the opticians were very pleasant and helpful and fixed my glasses so I could wear them again free of charge. What a great experience!
I had the worst experience. Front desk lady was extremely rude.
I use LensCrafters at The Paddock Shops in Louisville, KY for annual exams and glasses. I am currently in another state caring for my sister with advanced pancreatic cancer and I knocked my glasses off of a table and stepped on them in the dark. I called and spoke with Kendra who looked up my prescription and told me that since I had a protection plan, she could order new glasses and have them sent to me. I’m so profoundly grateful!
