Great experience today at LensCrafters. The warm service was so welcoming and above and beyond expectations. The ladies ensured all my needs were met and then some. Thank you ladies, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Like many retail chains, the people who work here seem to have given up, probably due to poor pay and lack of benefits. After multiple mistakes were made by the staff here, no apology or attempt to make things right, they have signaled that they do not want my business, so I will oblige and never return. To anyone reading this, stop paying bloated prices for "designer" frames at a chain that does not respect your time. I had the best experience finding some new glasses. Kendra was patient and kind with me while I was so indecisive about choosing new frames. The other ladies were kind and helpful too. Can’t recommend them enough!!
Shelley at LensCrafters in the paddock was amazing. She was great at customer service and being patient with fixing my glasses ordering my glasses and helping me select my frames. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters and Shelley to help you if you are in need of glasses.
