I went in here for an eye doc appointment to get a new prescription and then purchased a new pair of glasses afterwards. Extremely helpful and kind staff! They helped me find exactly what kind of frames I wanted and made sure I got the best deal!

I have vsp gold insurance and I usually get my exam free every year at vision work. I went to Len crater and took my insurance, then I went in for the exam. When I left the exam. They charge me 82 for the exam. I was like my insurance should cover the exam. They told me that it’s out of network. They told me after I got done with my exam instead saying up in front. Poor communication and bad service. I guess new place all the want to get you there so they can charge you money. Ask in front if your insurance will work them. T... read more
