They charged me for retinal imaging, but didn’t even tell me there’d be an extra charge of $39 for it. My daughter didn’t need it. She wasn’t having any problems at all. We went in for a yearly check up. I don’t mind paying for extra tests that are needed, but 1. I should’ve been told about the charge before they did the imaging. 2. Recommended☆☆☆☆☆ I have used LensCrafters for decades. I always receive great help, just like today. The store manager (Roseata?) along with Alexis and Tracy, got me a great deal on some Oakley replacement lenses and a new pair of Oakley Sunglasses. They were a bit short staffed, however you never have known it. They made sure each patron was greeted and met, and all were very professional!
