Went to have glasses adjusted. Tried glasses on to show them what needed adjustment and after getting the glasses handed back noticed chips in both lenses. They said those chips were there and they tried to clean them. They were not there when I tried them on the first time to show what needed adjustment. Called to today to explain the situation and told them that my glasses did not have any chips before entering the store only after being returned to me after being adjusted. I purchased a pair of glasses two months ago. I did not get the year warranty. This morning I discovered a crack in the lens. It was definitely a defect in the lens. The crack was within the lens not on the surface. When I brought it back to them, I was told that the month’s warranty was up. I understand warrantees but this was not caused by something I did to the glasses, this was caused by a defect in the glasses. In order to get it fixed I had to buy the warranty and pay for the lens.
