I have been a patient with Lenscrafters for about 15 years. I called yesterday with an eye issue to see if they could get me in. Gave the lady on the phone my symptoms, which were pretty urgent and was told they could not get me in today but could tomorrow. if I would have waited 24 hours to be seen my eye could have been much worse with potential loss of vision. Thank goodness for another office getting me in WITHOUT ever seeing me before and potienally saving my eye. Very disappointed in Lenscrafters.
I had gotten an exam next to the Greentree LensCrafters and I came out into the LensCrafters at ~1pm on 6/4/19. I started to look at the various frames for a while and I was never spoken to (not so much as a “we will be with you in a moment”. ) I decided to leave as I don’t usually beg stores to allow me to spend my money I drove down the street and purchased my glasses and sunglasses. That’s $900 you lost because you don’t know customer service.
